Here's another CB 750 SOHC chassis of unknown origin, owned by user RC30. It has been raced in 1973-75 in endurance races and the TT. Chassis number is 2031603. The chassis is brazed, and professionally built:

Interestingly, it lacks an upper rear engine mount. It is no Egli, Rau, early Martin, Janton, Segoni nor Rupp.

Hints, anyone?

No idea what make it is either, but a couple of observations - firstly that's a long chassis number for a special, maybe they have transferred the number from a stock frame (which would make it originally a 1972 bike). Secondly, there seems to be quite a bit missing, there's no obvious way of mounting the swingarm (presuming that rear mount with the bolt through it is the lower engine mount), would a separate mount clamp onto the lower "V" of the frame there? I think Eglis had something similar. Not sure where the footrests mount either. Has anyone asked Tony Foale if he recognises it?

That's going to be quite a challenge to restore!
