Hi, i just bought a 822 cc Big bore kit with cb900 pistons, (64.5 mm) do i have to change my carburators??, or is setting the gasneedle one clip lower okay?

carburators are from a cb 750 K6 with original main-jet

this is my dyno run with original motor (and a to soft back-tire), the 822 cc cilinder i'm going to mount this winter

the dynoman couldn't measure the right feul-air mixture (original 4 in 4 exhaust)

my icon is a cb 750 K7 with a lot of rust Wink my cb 750K6 is my love Twisted Evil

For starters, I would stick with the stock carb settings, unless you also change/remove the stock airbox. Later on, you might try main jets one notch smaller and bigger, (and drop/raise the needle one notch) just to check the results.

Cheers,
