Dear fellow Seeleyers.....
Please can anyone suggest a source for a new set of head race bearings for a Feb 78 SH frame in UK...?or can anyone come up with a generic part number which I could try a bearing suppliers for..?
Mine have gone a bit "notchy" and probably need replacing to rectify the "odd" handling...
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks,and safe rides |

It might be worth dismantling, cleaning (emery) and reassembling first, this can sometimes work wonders, but if not then for my #794 I've used Timken taper rollers, however they have to be modified (bored out) to fit my CB900F2B yokes; not sure what their original bore is, but the outside diameter is AOK for the Seeley frame. Part nos are

Bottom L45449 99401 L45410

Many thanks Tim...
A mix and match of parts when these bikes were new does leave us with a few problems 30 years on when trying to find the bits..!
Thanks again
Safe rides
