<  Performance issues  ~  Rod bolts stretch

Dear friends

What would be the recommended rod bolt stretch when tightening to the crank? Or maybe what would be the recommended torque instead?

The Honda workshop manual says

Connecting rod nut 1.8~2.2kg-m 10.8~15.9lbs-ft
