<  Performance issues  ~  vance and hines 4 into 1 header

Will a vance and hines 4 into 1 sidewinder header fit a 1973 cb750 frame with a 78 cb750 engine?

Maybe I'll just muddy the waters, if so forgive me.

While the engines were the same, I'm fairly certain that the frame on the 78 was different in respect to the mounting points for the pipe on the side of the bike.

So if you are using a 1973 frame, you'll need a pipe made for 1969 through 1976. It may be a small issue of fabricating your own mount otherwise, but I don't know for sure. There may be severe interference.
